· Supervise operations in assigned terminal during shift duty.

· Ensure adequate manpower and resources (trolleys, lightweight transporter, communication equipment) are available in assigned terminal during shift duty.

· Ensure adequate trolleys are available in all designated Trolley Staging Point(s) in assigned terminal.

· Ensure intra-terminal and/or inter-terminal trolley transfers.

· Responsible for the serviceable conditions of lightweight transporter(s) allocated to assigned terminal.

· Liaise with technical support team for the removal of damaged and/or faulty trolleys from designated holding area in assigned terminal.

· Attend to customer complaints and escalation when required.

· Assist Duty Manager with routine and incident/accident reports.

· Responsible for 20-30 trolley and other service officers and other administrative duties/secondary appointment.

· Undertake other airport operations/service improvement projects when assigned.

Periodic Duties:

· Responsible for the conduct, disciplinary and administrative matters of assigned trolley service officers.

· Conduct schedule operations/safety/security briefing to trolley service officers during shift duty.

· Conduct scheduled coaching session with direct reports

· Covering TMC duties as and when assigned.

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences):

· At least O level

· Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in operations functions.

· Confident in dealing with staff across all ages.

· Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

· Adaptable to change and a good team player.

· Able to work on Shift Duty.

· Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside)

· Familiarity with Changi Airport terminal operations will be an added advantage

-Observe assigned work area and/or other work areas, locate unused trolleys left by passengers.

-Collect unused trolleys using basic planning methods to gather, stack and move trolleys to designated Trolley Staging Point(s).

-Transport unused trolleys using lightweight transport machinery or manually transporting them.

-Practice caution and watch for passengers/structures (i.e. chairs) while moving unused trolleys to designated Trolley Staging Point(s).

-Ensure minimum number of trolleys is always available at the designated Trolley Staging Point(s) located within assigned work area.

- A valid Class 2/3 license is preferred.
- Experience with equipment such as forklifts is advantageous.

We are looking for part time Trolley Service Officer to help out in the airport, mainly to retrieve trolleys and push trolleys to designated trolley staging point. We have 2 fixed shift available.

Day shift: 8am – 8pm (including 2 hours break)

Night shift: 8pm – 8am (including 2 hours break)

Salary for Day Shift:

$9/hour (Monday - Friday)

$10/hour (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday)

Salary for Night Shift:
