As a Strategic Client Consulting Partner, you will be a key player in our client-centric approach to providing strategic consulting services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our most valued clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing tailored strategic advice to help them achieve their goals. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target potential strategic clients for the company.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the target clients' businesses, industries, and technical needs to understand their pain points and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and prioritize strategic client opportunities based on the company's capabilities and growth objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of technical consultants to support the sales process and develop customized proposals for strategic clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and create compelling proposals that address client needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the proposal development process, including solution design, architecture, and implementation strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and delivery, to ensure proposed solutions align with the company's capabilities and can be successfully delivered.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to strategic clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and differentiators of the company's offerings.
- Build collaterals where applicable and needed
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to review and negotiate contractual terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Continuously assess and refine the proposal development process, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the technical consulting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Track and report on key metrics related to strategic client engagement, proposal success rates, and revenue growth, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic consulting, client management, or business development, preferably in a consulting firm or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client success.
- At least 10 years of related experience.
- Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, presentation, and management skills.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working under pressure.
- Able to travel.
