Reporting to the Regional Manager, the candidate has to show the following characteristics:
Results focused - you must have a strong sales focus and proven results in the following areas:
- Good Store Presentation and Visual Merchandising Skills
- Experience in Rosters and Labour Wage control
- Good Inventory Management and Loss Prevention
- Previous experience in a Retail / FMCG environment
- A Multi Tasker - To be able to Prioritise and juggle your tasks
FUN!!! – You can do all of the above with a smile on your face and maintain a positive attitude, you lead by example to ensure excellent customer service and seek to ensure you provide every customer with a smile and a giggle!
