Job Responsibilities:
• Provide an exceptional customer service by assisting in the selection and purchase of food or coffee items.
• Explain and educate customers on the features and benefits of various food pieces, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Keep the shop display areas organized, clean and visually appealing.
• Process transaction accurately using NETS/Credit Card/PayNow and handle cash transaction responsibly.
Qualifications:
• Experience barista are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open minded and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public holidays.
• At least 3 working days per week.(part time)
• Can speak and understand simple Mandarin.
• Only Singaporean or PR may apply.
