Responsibilties for Quantity Surveyor:-
- able to take off quantity of construction materials from construction drawings.
- familiar with the preparation of construction materials take-off using construction industry form and
using computer software like Autocad and microsoft excel spreadsheet.
- candidate will be station permanently on site to assist the Project Manger/Project Enginner in work.
- progress claims and prepare the documentations for submission to the main contractor.
- must have at least 5 years working as a quantity surveyor.
- must be committed and able to work under pressure and deliver on time.
- must have good conduct and able to communicate and work with fellow employees, clients/sub
contractor.
