Job Description

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Responsible for promptly submission of progress claims and reports.
• Prepare cost comparison, variation order and final account
• Taking off quantity for both tender and ongoing projects.
• To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters
• To adhere strictly to ISO 9000 and OHSAS administration and procedures.

REQUIREMENT :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Transportation will be provided

• Assists Mechanics in diagnosing malfunctions in heavy vechicles, machinery and equipment based on observation and applying knowledge from past experience.
• Perform mechanic work in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing the full range of vehicles,
  equipment and components
• Perform routine preventive maintenance duties.
• Maintain and manage a daily record of repair and service of vehicle undertaken and completed.
• Liaise with external maintenance / spare part suppliers.
• Identify, assess and take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Ensure that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements
• All others related or ad-hoc duties as and directed.

REQUIREMENT: -

• Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level /Higher secondary /NiTEC in Automotive Technology (Heavy Vehcicle) or a related field.
• At least 5 year(s) of responsible automotive and equipment maintenance and repair experience.
• Possession of valid Class 3 driving license.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

• To arrange drivers’ schedule and ensure that drivers are aware of their duties
• Determine training need of drivers
• Observe and evaluate drivers' work to determine progress, provide feedback, and make suggestions for improvement.
• Supervise and monitor drivers' use of tools and equipment and ensure that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements
• Responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed.

REQUIREMENT:

• Min 5-8 yrs of relevant working experience.
• Preferably with a class 4 driving license.

• Liaise with Clients, Consultant on implementation of Project, Design changes, Site Progress.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
• Ensure that all operations are carried out safely
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
• Familiar with relevant legal requirement
• To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
• All other ad hoc duties as and when directed

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore;
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering related projects in Singapore for building and construction industry;
• Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences;
• Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
