• Demonstrates exposure and experiences in EV Charger and Telecommunication deployments and carrying out quick troubleshooting + rectification work.

• Strong working knowledge of AC and DC EV charging systems, with practical hands-on experience.

• Familiarity with OCPP protocal and App interface.

• Solid understanding of LAN/WiFi/4G network principles, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

• Proficient in reading and analysing diagnostic log from CSMS

• Shift work will be expected. Candidate preferrably to have exposure in resolving ticketed issues, provide IT and security event monitoring, attending to user request and problem management.

• Skilled in troubleshooting, configuring, and setting up network peripheral devices such as modems, routers, switches, and I/O devices.

1. Emergency Planning and Preparedness:Develop and update emergency response plans, ensuring they comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
   Conduct risk assessments to identify potential emergencies and develop strategies to mitigate and respond to them.
   
2. Team Leadership:Lead and manage a standby response team, ensuring they are well-trained, equipped, and ready to respond to emergencies.
   Delegate responsibilities to team members and provide guidance during emergency situations.
   
3. Training and Drills:Organize and conduct regular training sessions and drills to ensure that team members are proficient in emergency response procedures.
   Evaluate the performance of the team during simulated and real emergency situations, identifying areas for improvement.
   
4. Communication:Establish and maintain communication protocols to facilitate effective coordination during emergencies.
   Liaise with external emergency response agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and integrated approach.
   
5. Equipment and Resources Management:Ensure that the standby response team has access to the necessary equipment, tools, and resources required for effective emergency response.
   Coordinate the maintenance and inspection of emergency response equipment.
