Job Description
- Review, align and develop fire sprinkler design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications & guidelines
- Prepare CAD drawings and Revit models for fire sprinkler construction, coordination and as-built purposes
- Monitor and update models/CAD drawings as per site conditions changes
- Ensure the models/drawings comply with specifications and company standards
- Ensure the proper indexing, filing, and storage of drawings
- Prepare documents and transmittal form for submissions
- Ensure construction documents, parameters and information are accurate for BIM modeling
- Ensure documents, models and CAD drawings comply with all site regulations and Singapore Laws and follow strictly our company policy and instructions from your superior or client
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirement
- ITE / Diploma, preferred mechanical relevant
- 2 years of relevant working experience in building construction.
- Modelling/designing/drafting for mechanical/piping, fire sprinklers knowledge and experiences will be an added advantage.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, self-disciplined and team player.
- Willing to work and take measurement at site.
