Job Opportunity: Part-Time Office Manager (Admin/Finance)

Soristic is a Social Impact Consultancy dedicated to reducing societal inequality by collaborating with partners to drive measurable and sustainable change. Our work spans three core areas: Philanthropic Support, Research and Evaluation, and Capacity Building.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Office Manager (Admin/Finance) for a minimum period of 6 months to join our small and dynamic team.
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Days: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Working Hours: 9 AM to 1 PM
- Work Mode: Hybrid (1-2 days in the office weekly)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and HR support.
- Collate receipts and tally project expenditure.
- Manage invoicing and track payments.
- Handle basic communication emails with partners.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Basic skills in tracking expenditures using Excel (accounting background not required).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
