Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualization and design.
Create executive plans for projects and see them through to completion.
Lead presentation of design concepts.
Conduct site visits and researches ideas and materials
Manage design projects of varying scope and complexity including budgets, schedule, production & installation.
Manage multiple design projects concurrently.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent with significant experience in managing a range of design disciplines and design projects of varying scales.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Innovative use of materials/concepts to deliver project cost effectively.
Strong presentation skills and the confidence to explain to customers and colleagues.
Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D MAX, Auto-cad or similar programs.
Independent, positive attitude & a strong sense of responsibility.
