**Job Description:**
We are seeking a competent Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. The Administrative Assistant will also assist in preparing reports, handling invoices, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain office filing and organization systems.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
