Job Scope
- Full set of Accounts.
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial and management reports, audit schedule, and schedule reports
- Prepare suppliers’ payments & chase debtors’ payment
- Update bank balances and cash flow records
- To prepare staff payroll / CPF submission.
- Preparation of GST reporting & submission.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist auditor on year end audit.
- To communicate and liaise with bank and attend to any statutory surveys.
- Process payment for staff claims and reimbursement.
- HR duties.
- Provide general support to the management team.
- Handle administrative task
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent professional certification.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must.
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting
- Able to work independently
