Roles & Responsibilities
1. Main Duties and & Responsibilities:
- Handle the AP (Account Payable), expenses, banking & reconciliations;
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
- Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met
- Ensure all inter-company transactions are timely captured and reconciled
- Responsible for day to day Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
- Bank reconciliation and internet banking payment
- Handle staff expenses claim.
- Ensure proper maintenance and filing of documents
- Follow-up and resolve discrepancies in invoices promptly with internal and external parties
- Coordinate with all departments and provide administrative support
- Provide basic office administration support, such as scheduling of internal/external meetings, conference calls or video conferences; preparation of meeting materials and minutes, office assets tracking and recording.
- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness and security of office premises, coordinating with vendors for office supplies and equipment.
- Provide basic HR functions such as leave management and staff onboarding/offboarding.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
2. Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience.
- Possess a least a Diploma in Accounting.
- Good in Microsoft Office Skills e.g. Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Meticulous, Independent, Resourceful and Committed.
