We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Admin & Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries from customers and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Enquiries: Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, social media and other channels, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns.
- Lead Management: Assess incoming leads and assign them to the appropriate sales team member, ensuring a seamless handover for further follow-up and conversion.
- Order Processing: Generate invoices and delivery orders (DO) for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all transactions.
- Monthly Stock Take: Conduct monthly stock take to reconcile inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
- Sales and Expenditure Tracking: Maintain records of sales transactions and expenses, tracking revenue and expenditure to provide regular reports to management.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and general office support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
