Working Location: Bukit Batok
Rotating Shift: Either 6.30 am to 4.15 pm or 8.45 am to 6.30 pm
Job Responsibilities
- Performing access control to ensure that only authorized visitors (eg. Parents) and staff are allowed entry into school compound.
- Ensuring proper records in both Visitor’s and Contractor’s Log (eg. Temperature checks, company’s name, contact information).
- Conduct regular patrolling around the school compound to ensure that the school is adequately secured and protected at all times
- Ensure vehicular traffic is managed professionally.
- Conduct security monitoring with use of surveillance systems, detect and report security breaches
- Administer access control and alarm monitoring systems to manage access into sensitive and restricted areas (if any)
- Respond to security incident and emergencies and report to Operation Manager as and when necessary
- Ensure that surveillance systems are in good working condition and to report any fault for immediate rectification.
- Provide support to the school’s activities or events as and when needed.
Job Specifications
- A valid PLRD license issued by the Singapore Police Force.
- At least 2 year of relevant working experience
- Preferably with traffic control experience
- Knowledge in operating fire and alarm control CCTV panels and recordings
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
