Job Description

You will be responsible to implement and supervise all aspects of daily teaching and development activities for children enrolled in the Student Care Programme.

1. organise school holiday activities and programme.
2. supervise students to ensure completion of homework and that spelling revision is done.
3. daily administration - attendance.
4. address and counsel student behaviour as needed.
5. ensure students' welfare and safety are being taken care of.
6. liaise with parents and the Centre Manager to provide feedback on students' behaviour and learning.
7. any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.

1. Support general administration of SJSM Village integration and operations.
2. Support general administration of church AGM.
3. Support general administration of events.
4. Manage content on the staff intranet system to ensure accuracy.
5. Manage and coordinate requests for the use of space by external organizations and village entities.
6. Support HR function in the following areas: onboarding of new hires; filing of MOM surveys; administer staff benefits (insurance claims, leave processing, long service awards, etc); assist in staff training processing and filing for grants; provide support on use of HRMS; and processing of payroll, CPF, IRAS and other regulatory contributions.
7. Perform other group-level administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

1) Prepare, cook and serve meals.

2) Clean up kitchen.

3) Clean up dining tables and area.

4) Dishwashing.

5) To clear and clean fridge on a weekly basis.

6) To assist in grocery purchasing.

7) Ensure proper hygiene practices.

8) Any other duties as assigned by Centre Manager.

9) Ability to cook for 60 students.

Heartfriends BASC is a non-profit student centre that provides supervised care in a safe and nurturing

environment for children aged 7 - 14 after school, and during the school holidays.

During the school term, our schedule includes meals, rest time, supervised homework time, and indoor and outdoor play time.

Our school holiday programme includes an exciting range of activities like outings, camps, sports sessions, and workshops. These activities aim to provide our students a fun-filled holiday with a balanced focus on physical and intellectual development.
