1. Role Description
The Sales Manager develops and implements sales strategies, manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers. He/she also analyses market trends, identifies business opportunities, and collaborates with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
3. Analyse sales data and market trends.
4. Prospecting and acquiring new wholesale accounts
5. Monitoring sales performance, track key metrics and generate reports.
3. Competencies
1. Deep understanding of the wholesale furnishing industry, including knowledge of different types of furnishings, materials, trends, and styles.
2. Strong verbal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
3. Build and lead a sales team, providing guidance, motivation and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
