- Provide HR administrative support, including recruitment, training, and employee onboarding.
- Handle monthly payroll, contributions, and staff benefits (e.g., insurance, claims, parking).
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage employee probation/exit processes.
- Support company events, staff engagement, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Handle work passes, grants, and keep up with legal requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Min Diploma in HR or related field.
- At least 4 years of HR experience, payroll processing experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
