Job Scope:

• Take charge of our Integrated Management System, ensuring processes are documented, owned, and regularly improved.
• Lead internal audits by preparing schedules, conducting audits, reporting findings, and implementing corrective actions.
• Investigate non-conformances, pinpoint root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance operational quality.
• Oversee compliance with QHSE standards, ensuring alignment with industry and customer requirements.
• Manage document control systems, keeping records accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with regulatory needs.
• Conduct internal training to ensure the team stays ahead in aviation-related standards and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and report quality metrics, driving data-driven decisions.
• Lead quality investigations, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate key findings to management.

Job Requirement:

• A Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in Quality Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience in the aviation industry.
• Proficiency with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949) and statistical tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Internal/Lead Auditor certification (preferred) and a passion for knowledge-sharing (Train-the-Trainer qualification is a bonus).
