Job Scope:

• Manage internet access, email, and computer hardware/software, including laptops.
• Maintain network performance, ensure security, and set up user accounts.
• Track and resolve issues, providing technical advice to staff.
• Perform network maintenance, changes, upgrades, and set up new phone lines.
• Implement disaster recovery plans, run backups, and develop an annual work plan.
