Job Scope:
- Estimate Costs: Calculate expenses for construction projects.
- Manage Contracts: Administer and monitor project contracts.
- Control Costs: Keep project expenses within budget.
- Report Progress: Provide regular updates on project finances.
- Ensure Quality: Monitor construction quality and compliance.
- Resolve Disputes: Assist in resolving contract-related issues.
- Maintain Records: Organize project documentation and records.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree studies in Quantity Surveying or equivalent studies
- Candidate with QS experience in relevant Industry will only be considered (refer above)
