Our client is a leading pioneer in the paint industry, expertise in paint technology.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Department Manager with daily operations related to planning and delivering building materials.
- Create daily delivery schedules, buying plans, and manage monthly inventory controls.
- Resolve any delivery issues that arise by collaborating with relevant departments.
- Provide administrative support, coordinate tasks, and assist in raising purchase requisitions for inventory items.
- Help organize mandatory training courses for employees.
- Maintain record keeping and manage ISO documentation for the department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in delivery planning for building materials
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of ISO standards in safety is advantageous
- Able to commit to OT and work independently.
