Job Responsibilities:
· Possess extensive experience in Interior Fit-Out and A&A works.
· Assist the Project team in all aspects of project management, including project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, and control of general workers.
· Lead conflict resolution, manage project documentation and planning, and coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, and clients.
· Carry out coordination and liaise with all relevant parties.
· Support the Director to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards, and are of the highest quality.
· Ensure timely project delivery with the highest quality standards.
· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Project Management Procedures and Documentation.
· Provide weekly reports on job progress to management.
· Monitor the daily process and progress at the project site.
· Conduct project site inspections.
· Implement cost-effective management strategies to increase profitability.
· Attend and actively participate in all project meetings and discussions.
Requirements:
· 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design fit-out work.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Strong organisational and follow-up skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Excellent project and people management skills.
· Outstanding presentation, management, and leadership abilities.
