Our centre is a chinese immersion student care located at Newton,10 Winstedt Rd,looking for an admin to join us as part of our team!
Job Description：
- Phone services and email responses
- Promote center courses and provide course consultations for parents and students
- Handle administrative tasks related to student and course registrations
- Responsible for daily student check-in and check-out
- Collect tuition fees and complete related administrative paperwork
- Assist teachers in recording student attendance daily
- Coordinate with parents regarding student leave requests and class changes, and liaise with teachers
- Take photos and create videos for marketing materials
- Assist with various center activities
- Update and maintain bulletin board displays
- Maintain and update student databases and document storage
- Ensure all forms are sufficient and create new forms as necessary
- Communicate/contact parents, students, tutors, and service providers via WhatsApp or phone
- Compile monthly center expenses
- Execute temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements：
-Minimum GCE O’ Level or any related educational level.
-Minimum possess 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service role would be advantageous.
-Training would be provided for candidate that does not have relevant working experience.
- Possess a positive work attitude
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with relevant software such as Canva, CapCut, MeituPic, Xiaohongshu, and Tiktok.
