Position: Assistant Operations Manager for Multiple Food Stalls

Working Hours: 6-day work week, 12 hours per day; overtime required ，including night shifts

Work Location: Various locations across Singapore

Job Description:

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of multiple food stalls
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to operational standards in all outlets
• Coordinate with stall supervisors and staff to implement company policies and procedures
• Monitor the quality of food and customer service to maintain high standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any service-related issues efficiently

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections at each food stall to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Supervise daily sales activities and assist in cash handling and accounting procedures
• Coordinate staff scheduling, ensuring adequate manpower for peak and off-peak hours
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff, providing continuous support to improve service quality
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to manage stock and supplies
• Monitor and report on stall performance, including sales figures and customer feedback
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
• Identify operational challenges and work with the Operations Manager to develop solutions
• Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork among staff across locations
