Job Description:
Managing sales enquiry and understanding clients' needs and requests
Providing professional advice on space planning, materials selection and project scheduling
Preparing quotation for clients
Managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely handover of projects to clients
Developing strong relationships with clients while delivering service excellence
Provide after-sales support
Prepare quotations and provide support to the sales team
Service client and attend to their inquiries
Assist in marketing campaign and materials
Make calls to potential and existing customers to get appointment settings for Sales Department
Ad-hoc administration in other work areas as and when required/necessary
Job Requirements:
Sales experience; Preferable in Interior Design/Architecture industry
Strong & effective communication skills; Fluent in both written and spoken English
Possess strong networking and good connection to liaise with customers/agents/suppliers
Passionate, energetic; Sales-oriented and self-driven
