Responsibilities
- The brand’s custodian to develop GTM strategies and winning 360 campaigns with a focus on outreach and achieving sales targets
- Develop key marketing messages in positioning the brand for differentiation; lead the creative content work from copywriting, packaging, design creative brief, photo shoot and video planning, product presentation decks to digital marketing & sales platform management (e.g. Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Shopee etc)
- Gather business intelligence information such as market trends and industry players’ strategies and activities to provide recommendations for brand development, new product launches, new packaging, price setting etc
- Marketing budget management to maximise gains and reduce costs
- Liaise with external counterparts such as Public Relations agencies, media, influencers, vendors and suppliers
- Conduct Brand and Product Training for internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Sales Team to analyse data to formulate new / enhanced business strategies / solutions to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reports on business analysis, competitive analysis, ongoing and upcoming campaigns, and sales targets
- Any other assignments and duties assigned by HOD
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Marketing, with at least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Brand Management for F&B / FMCG / Hospitality industry
- Prior working experience on managing multiple ecommerce (sales) channels would be an added advantage
- Strong business acumen with proven project management skills
- Proven experience in analysing and interpreting data
- Adaptable, resourceful, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced industry
- Positive, self-motivated, have an eye for details and able to work with tight timelines
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities to effectively engage diverse audiences
- Ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts
- Willing to work in the West Area
