Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Surge’s personal training packages.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' goals and assess their needs.
• Develop and deliver compelling, personalized sales pitches.
• Close deals, assign clients to the right coach, and ensure a seamless handoff.
• Build strong relationships and track client success throughout their journey.
• Exceed sales targets and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to fitness and wellness.

Job Scopes:

As a Marketing and Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Administrative Support:Assist team members in administrative work related to marketing tasks.
   
2. Content Creation:Write, publish, and edit content across diverse mediums, including editorial, video, and static formats for various platforms.
   
3. Content Strategy and Coordination:Coordinate, create, and deliver content strategies, plans, and campaigns to enhance our marketing efforts.
   
4. Campaign Optimization:Generate innovative ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns and projects.
   
5. Video Editing:Utilize video editing skills for social media content creation.
   

Job Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Relevant Certification or Equivalent: Demonstrated knowledge and skills in marketing and administrative tasks.
• Marketing and Graphic Design:Interest in and basic knowledge of marketing and graphic design.
  
• Social Media Familiarity:Familiarity with social media posting on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business.
  
• Language Proficiency:Proficiency in English.
  
• Administrative Skills:Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  
• Copywriting and SEO:Ability to create compelling copy and understanding of SEO principles.
  
• Technical Proficiency:Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, and rankmath.
  
• Design Skills:Basic designing skills using Canva or Photoshop.
  
• Offline Marketing Experience:Experience in designing large prints for offline marketing.
