We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of renovation projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the work schedule and timeline, meeting deadlines, ensuring a smooth renovation process, and managing sub-contractors and their workers.
* Carry out site measurements and understand technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
* Manage sub-contractors and their workers, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project completion.
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in planning and executing projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial project management.
- Class 3 driving license preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, night.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
