Job Responsibilities

1. Assist TCGM manager in overall Management of TCGM operation at client site
2. Attend customer meeting for TCGM related work; Report daily operation works
3. Lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures and rules
4. Plan and manage daily TCGM operation and preventive maintenance work in semiconductor/ solar fab as instructed and according to schedule (for both Chem & Gas work)
5. Perform daily inspection to ensure chemical & slurry and gas system integrity; ensure operations to follow Standard Operation Procecedure (SOP)
6. Perform troubleshooting of chemical, slurry and gas systems
7. Manage spare parts stock on-site and PPE inventory
8. Update TCGM related results and analyze system/ quality performance
9. Coordinate with customers to support TCGM related services as directed
10. Ensure sufficient chemical materials for customer usage & within permit limit; support logistic activities
11. Perform and allocate manpower arrangement to ensure smooth operation
12. Responsible for training and coaching of TCGM members and coordinate with Safety officer for relevant training course needed by TCGM members
13. Maintain high housekeeping standards in TCGM areas
14. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Keys Requirements

1. Possess Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical or E&I Engineering Field or equivalent with relevant working experience in TCGM or TCM or TGM related operation or maintenance work
2. Candidate with higher education level will be considered as Engineer position.
3. Proven supervisory skills in leading and managing a team with good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Hands-on experience (operation or / and troubleshooting) in chemical, slurry or / and gas system is an advantage
5. Basic chemical knowledge and experience on chemical or gas operations and understanding of P&ID and system design
6. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Experience in maintenance works for pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, VMB, VMP etc…
7. Expecting to work overtime when needed
8. Proficient in English language; good MS Office skill
9. Familar with SAP
10. Familar with SharePoint

Job Responsibilities

1. Mechanical design and project execution at our client (Semiconductor, LCD, LED, Solar) site for chemical and slurry system projects.
2. Report to project manager or / and site manager, assist project manager / site manager for system project design (including but not limited to P&ID, payout design, piping drawing, equipment internal piping layout etc); project management and mechanical work / equipment fabrication execution.
3. Chemical / slurry supply system design for new project, be responsible for process optimization, operational support, and Improvement by engineering viewpoint, for Chemical and Slurry projects.
4. Creation and organization of related documents (e.g. HAZOP/FMEA, drawing, standard operation procedure, final as build document OMM etc.)
5. Execution of on-site installation work, management of subcontractor team.
6. Trouble shooting of chemical / slurry systems (Identify root cause and suggest improvement plan)
7. Assist and Implement system functional test with flushing, sampling for system qualification. Including FAT (factory acceptance test) and SAT (site acceptance test)
8. Assist, coordinate and implement for system modification job with relevant parties including the Client and Sub-contractors
9. Prepare, check and review the drawing for system design document including but not limited to P&ID / PFD / Equipment and piping Layout etc.
10. Prepare on site work check list, installation & commissioning operation procedures, Risk Assessment; Follow up client Permit to Work system

Keys Requirements

1. Diploma holder in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical engineering field or equivalent ; degree holder will be advantage
2. Possess mechanical, process design knowledge, project management skills; capable in leading and managing project team
3. Good understanding of P&ID, process chart, flow or pressure calculation for chemical / slurry system
4. Good adaptability and flexibility; Willing to work overtime when required
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Proficient in MS office, Project, Auto CAD skill
7. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
8. Relevant design work, project management, supervision and co-ordination work in semiconductor field will be an advantage
9. Supervise, check and review the installation work by sub-con and vendors
10. Provide after-sales support to client for completed projects (standby On-call for any system trouble or emergency)
