1. Establish market strategy and roadmap of our products.
2. Identify new business opportunity; formulate both short- and long-term business strategies for market penetration and development.
3. Required to conduct market surveys of products in SEA region and designated countries.
4. Ensure budgeted monthly sales/profit figures of all products are met.
5. Monitor and manage operation costs such as logistic/ distribution cost, inventory levels, product quantity issues, etc.
6. Establish and maintains competent communication and operative collaborations with customers, effectively and efficiently on customization of products and new project implementation.
7. Work closely with Japan and US headquarter and group company production site in Japan and other countries with regards to issues of the above stated and writing of reports.
Job requirements
1. Must possess deep knowledge of Optical Fiber and Fiber splicing technology and other Telecommunication products.
2. Experience working in Telecommunication Infrastructure industry in the SEA region.
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English to correspond with our Japanese customers, headquarter and group companies in Japan. Need to make product presentation and report writing in Japanese and English.
4. Good project management to ensure timelines are met.
5. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
6. Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in this industry.
7. Possess high self-management to maintain good condition physically and mentally as this job requires frequent traveling and negotiations.
8. Must process a degree qualification.
