• Communicate with the management and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates.
• Conduct the negotiations during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved.
• Assist to control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
• Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance to building contract law.
• Assist to on compliance with standards.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
• Prepare the cost analysis for the project in order to ensure the overall value is enhanced.
• Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors for projects specifications, project management, technical issues.

Carry out inspection according to specifications, ensure ISO/OHSAS/safety/quality requirements are meet.

Review subcon's submissions, shop drawings, work schedules, mapower and progress in relation to the master programme and contractual requirements and monitoring actual site progress, project planning and catch up programmes where needed.

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervise the construction workers and subcontractors.
• Educate workers and subcontractoors on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

• Assist Project Manager on project planning, scheduling and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the execution of the project
• Ensure project to be delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Ensure project to be executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Responsible for all construction site matters including and not limited safety and other compliance maters
• Any other duties that may be assigned

• Lead and manage project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project
• Ensure compliance with all WSH safety regulations
• Evaluate and report to management on project progress
• Establish good working relationship with clients, architects, consultants, authorities and subcontractors
• Identifying potential risks, performing risk analysis and planning risk mitigation strategies
• Controlling all construction operations, procurements, the quality of deliverables and project costs
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Ensure all deadlines are meet
• Perform other ad hoc duties given by management
