Responsibilities：

• Take off quantities and participate in private and public project tenders, work out variation's claims, verify measurements with the client.

• Assess and submit a monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractors’ monthly progress payment.

• Certify and evaluate progress work done, including contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works.

• Responsible for preparing necessary documentation from shortlisting to awarding contracts.

• Residential Electrical or P&S or ACMV work experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

· Produce 2D and BIM drawing for Electrical Or ACMV systems. Include single line, Layout, and system schematic drawings, adhering to established specifications and standards.

· Develop Design concept, prepare design report and shop drawings.

· Plan all drawing requests to meet the submission deadline.

· On-time delivery of all drawings, correct and accurate drawings.

· Prepare and present 3D models during BIM meetings.

· Able to coordinate with other MEP services.

· Prepare drawings submission format, including title block, notes, and legends, drawing to scale, etc.

· Work closely with assigned PM on Autocad and Drawing Status reporting.

· To attend site walk as and when required by the Engineers and Managers.

1. Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies procedures and specifications with the ERP system.

2. Coordinate with various departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.

3. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/or subcontractors.

4. Manage requestor's requirements to ensure operationally need such as goods and service supply, track orders for timely delivery and quality of purchased products.

5. Monitor and coordinate deliveries of all items purchased to ensure that all items and delivered on-site.

6. Liaising and verifying with the finance department regarding invoices, price, and delivery acknowledgement.

7. Assist in accounting matters such as matching of PO, DO, invoices and preparation of payment, documentation and filing.

8. Relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.
