Job Responsibilities :
-Provide admin and office support
-To ensure timely effective handling of customer enquiries and quotations
-Process invoices, handling accounts and follow up outstanding payments
-Accurately enter data into software, maintaining up-to-date records.
-Printing and filing documents
-Assist in motor claims
-Handle phone enquiries
-Liaising with respective insurance companies
-Responsible for operational administration functionality
-Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Type : Full time
Pay $2,300- $2,500 per month
Working hours- 9am to 6pm ( Mon- Fri)
Working location- near Kaki Bukit MRT
Job requirements:
-Possibly with motor and claim related experience
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
-Flexible, able to handle multi-task well and work diligently
-To ensure timely effective handling work duties
-Assist in projects co-ordination
-Good organizational skills with excellent follow-up ability and attention to details
-Responsible, pleasant personality and positive working attitude
