Duties and responsibility:

· Pickup worker from various dormitory and drop to the various site in island wide

· Follow logistic departmental instruction

· Collect material from warehouse, load & unload to the construction site

· Handling purchase bills and timely buy construction site required material and delivering the to them

· Follow instruction & guidelines from the logistic manager and site manager/foreman/supervisor instruction

. Follow site required time schedule

· Required work overtime when necessary

Requirements

· Class 3 driving license and clear driving records

· Follow Singapore road safety

· Strictly follow mobilization rules and regulation while shifting materials

· Able to carry 5kg to 15kg material to the purpose of loading and unloading

· Familiar with Singapore road maps

. Able to work OT on Sunday when required

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of HR including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, organisation development and other employee related matters.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

Manage talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Manage and process payroll for all workers on a timely basis, such as, computation of staff' salaries, allowances and deductions, processing of wages, statutory submissions, annual & ad hoc tax fillings, etc

Manage claims from employees and with government authorities( Levy Waiver & claim and etc.)

Supporting Employees and Management by driving, planning, coordinating and implementing effective HR guidelines, procedures and guidelines across the full spectrum of HR

Analysis of Manpower resource allocation, visa quotas and emplyee satisfaction

Manage work pass apllications, renewals & canncellations

Manage the repatriation of work permit holders

Ensuring training is implemented to ensure all necessary certificates and / or Licenses are obtained by the company under full compliance of regulations

Maintaining employee record, employee payment details and health records, employee relation and communication

Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the rconstruction field is required for this position.

Min Diploma in human resources, business or equivalent

Strong understanding of MOM guidelines for labor law requirements for the construction industry in singapore

Biligual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

Proactive approach with outstanding problem solving skills

Full-Time position(s) available with 6 Days working day

Able to do OT during weekend when required
