Job Description:
(a) Responsible for the assessment, approval and monitoring the performance of
sub-contractors/suppliers
(b) Liaising with sub-contractor regarding quality requirement
(c) Maintenance of the approved vendor list
(d) To provide disposition to nonconforming parts
(e) Initiation of corrective action to the responsible department
(f) Administer the calibration program in the company
(g) Ensures the effective control of the QA/QC activities
(h) Review and approves Process Sheet
Reports To: Manager (Sales)
Supervises: Quality Supervisor and Quality Technician
Accountability: Maintain an effective QA/QC team to control products & processes so that products are manufactured with the best quality.
Authority: Authority to sign off all QMS related documents, external calibration report, CAR/NCR, final release of product.
Requirements:
Diploma in Quality Assurance Engineering with Relevant experience will also be considered.
With ISO System and CMM Knowledge
Responsible for quality functions of the company
