The responsibilities for this position include coordinating business meetings and personal appointments and drafting various documents, with a preference for those with paralegal experience. General office duties and administrative support are integral to this role, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules and coordinate business and personal meetings.
• Draft letters, reports, and materials with a focus on paralegal content.
• Handle general office tasks, including phone calls, emails, and supplies.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and document safekeeping.
• Ensure confidentiality in interactions with management, staff, and external parties.
• Assist in legal research and gather information for legal documentation.
• Prepare and process legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for business and personal trips.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as required.
