Job Description

• We have immediate vacancies for people who are passionate about front-line service.
• You will attend to customers’ savings/fixed deposit account transactions, safe deposit boxes, and other counter services.
• You are not required to work on Sundays or Night Banking.

Requirements:

• At least GCE 'O' level with Higher Nitec or candidates undergoing part-time diploma may apply.
• Good attitude with pleasant personality and a flair for customer service
• Required to work on Saturdays (half day). There will be one Saturday off per month.
• If you do not have relevant banking experience but have customer service and cashiering experience, you are welcome to apply for this position.
• Flexible to be transferred between branches.
• We also welcome you if you are customer service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product listings on the company's website and online marketplaces.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns on online marketplace platforms.
• Optimize inventory levels and pricing accuracy for product listings.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill sales orders.
• Manage return/refund/exchange processes.
• Process purchase orders to suppliers.
• Verify invoices for pricing and quantity accuracy.
• Coordinate international shipping.
• Compile a monthly purchase report.

Requirements

• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
