1. Ensure all staff meets their KPI
2. Ensure proper house keeping is maintained
3. Remove food residues on plates and cutleries
4. QA staff will be responsible to ensure all plates are clean and unchipped
5. Working hours: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am
6. Required to work on weekend and public holidays
7. Off day: 1-2 days every alternate week
