Job Description
• Receiving of goods from senders
• Picking, packing, and labelling of products
• Ensure accuracy in receiving and releasing of goods
• Update data into different ERP systems / CRM platform / MS excel from Shipping and Receiving
• Using email as the main communication tool internally
• To report any discrepancies found to the Warehouse Manager
• Performs monthly cycle counts and physical stock checks
• Performs other general warehouse or ad-hoc duties when assigned by Warehouse Manager
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Team player with sense of urgency
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Operating of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse using the 5S methodology
• Maintain and ensure all warehouse equipment and tools are in working condition
• Experience working in an IT warehousing industry is a plus
• Data Entry and MS office is a plus
• English fluency (verbal and written) is a plus
• Experience within an import/export company is a plus
