Front Desk Customer Service/Administrative Role
- Retail Hours, required to work during weekends.
Weekdays start from 2pm
Weekends from 8am or 9am
- Two Off days during weekdays, not required to work on Public Holidays
- May be required to work in multiple locations in Singapore as required
- Able to handle fast-paced operations, especially during weekends
- Oversee entire branch operations
- Customer service
- Administrative duties
- Handle incoming & outgoing payments
- Handle in-person enquiries
- Planning & execution of day-to-day tasks
Required to cover front desk duties such as phone calls and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
