- Perform all clerical duties as assigned.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft office (word/excel) and outlook etc.
- Provide full administrative support including data entry, creation up purchase order, checking for accuracy/discrepancy in data and Invoices.
- Assist to issue Invoice for competed Sales and Service orders.
- Prepare Statement of Account and Petty cash.
- Assist with Audits and tax filing, GST filing.
- Prepare bi-weekly timesheets for supervisor and HR approval.
- Co-ordinate/inform engineer and site supervisor for all work of service
- Handling AR/AP, HR, Preparation of Payroll and Admin issues.
- Login MOM to apply and issue workers permit.
- Monitor workers permit and courses attend arrangment .
- Answering of phone calls, data entry and filing.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
