Job Description
- Provide dedicated support to assigned customers and overseas agents, handling all aspects of sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air freight.
- Arrange air export bookings with airlines and co-loader agents, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
- Follow up with clients on shipment progress and updates, manage air export billing, verify invoices, and handle any rate discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with customers, sales teams, and overseas agents, while liaising effectively with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements and meet client requirements.
- Proactively address client inquiries, provide solutions for logistics needs, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with air operations and cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, with a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet client and operational demands.
- A minimum requirement of a degree qualification is needed.
