SALT is hiring Senior Designer for a Social Media client on a renewable contract role. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming important business narratives into compelling keynote presentations and creating engaging visuals or motion graphics for social media placements.

Responsibilities:

• Thoughtfully visualise facts and figures as graphics or animation for keynote presentations.
• Create visuals or motion graphics that surprise and delight social media users.
• Methodically present complex information in layouts that aid readability and comprehension.
• Collaborate with Content Lead to create refreshing and relevant content through iterative design sprints and brainstorms.
• Define or enhance the tonality of a narrative’s messaging by using the right imagery that evoke the appropriate mood for a presentation.
• Act as a brand custodian by ensuring the work strictly adheres to the company’s brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to process and transform complex information into compelling visuals.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Ability to produce simple 2D motion graphics.
• Experience in designing for print is a plus, especially if it includes annual reports.
• Design experience in executive communications or other equivalent roles that services corporate leadership is a plus.

In this role, you will work with a highly cross-functional team of creatives, marketers, product leaders and business leaders to deliver fresh, original and renowned ideas that resonate with businesses in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• You will develop integrated campaigns and events that service a number of different audiences including (but not limited to) creative agencies, media agencies, marketing verticals (gaming, automotive, consumer, etc.), small to large sized businesses, and our global sales organization.
• You will also work on policy initiatives and be able to touch programs, content and advertising that scales globally.
• Work with a writer, creative lead, and/or independently to deliver strategically grounded, world-class creative concepts and designs for digital, video, print, and experiential projects
• Influence peers and managers and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguity.
• Deliver compelling visuals that are delightful, beautiful, and clear with a high level of finish and polish across a variety of mediums (print, video, interactive, presentation) and across a suite of styles (campaign design, brand marks, illustrations, icons, photography).

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Art Director/ACD at a digital agency, advertising agency or an in-house team member
• Knowledge and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Ability to design motion graphics with basic animation capabilities.
• Experience designing for Print, Web, Responsive, and Mobile
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
