Responsibilities:

• Manage all admission inquiries and procedures, including evaluation by the university committee, scholarship applications, university enrollment, and student visa processes.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders (including applicants) to ensure a smooth application, screening, and handover process.
• Prepare admission-related documents, such as offer letters and student agreements, and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure everything is in order.
• Conduct data analysis for reporting to internal stakeholders and present admission reports and statistics when needed.
• Update and maintain accurate information and data in the database.
• Assist in orientation programs, matriculation procedures, and other event-related activities.
• Provide administrative and data analysis support to management and senior officers in the office.
• Assist and engage in student recruitment activities, both locally and internationally, and participate in company-wide events when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

• With 2 years of Administrative in Education Industry.
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
• Positive, dynamic and results-oriented
