- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities
- Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project timelines
- Assisting with the implementation of new supply chain initiatives and processes
- Identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or issues on project completion
- Ensure project completion within deadlines given
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Nitec in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of project administrative support experience
