Applicants must have Hot Work Safety Assessor and Confined Space Safety Assessor certs.
Preferable to have some shipyard experience, although not necessary as training will be provided.
Willing to work at odd hours, weekends, public holidays and on short notices.
Must be physically fit or not afraid to board vessels at anchorage.
Must not suffer from sea sickness as job requires taking launch boats to vessels.
Those with seafaring experience at advantage
Job scope is inspection of vessels at anchorage or PSA wharves for issuance of hot work or confined space permits.
