- Attending to customer service calls
- Troubleshoot and identify technical issues
- Provide a high level of service to customers
- Provide a quick remedy
- Arrangement of technical resources to aid customer
- Able to handle shift routine
Requirements:
- At least N Level Qualifications
- Computer Literate
- Great communication skill and have a pleasant dispositions
- Able to work on weekday, weekdays and public holiday based on schedules
- Comfortable to interact with customers
