Job Description :

• Creating & managing Revit project file for the ACMV systems using company's standard as specified in the BIM execution plan
• Update and coordinate Revit model (e.g. pipe routings, duct routings, equipment families) throughout the project development
• Perform interference/clash checking within own model and/or against other disciplines.
• Generate shop drawings from the BIM model
• Manage the project file maintaining minimal file size and unnecessary objects inside file for file credibility
• Perform other drafting and modelling task relating to design and installation matters
• Continuously improve knowledge of Revit software as well as other software used in BIM (Building Information Modelling)

Job Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or its relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of BIM Coordination experience for M&E field in the local construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office / MEP Revit / AutoCAD / Naviswork
• Able to work independently and good team player
• Able to start work immediately or within short period of notice
• Working days: 5.5 days

• Planning of ACMV equipment servicing works schedule for project DLP.
• Tracking of ACMV equipment servicing schedules to meet planned schedules.
• Lead and train our teams of technicians in ACMV equipment servicing and repair works.
• Assist to prepare Risk Assessment for break/fix works.
• Assist in application of work permits on site prior to start work.
• Liaise with parts suppliers for costing and lead time and vendors for works support.
• Assist in site location assessment and site visits.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of ACMV equipment
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 to 3 yearsof relevant working experience in ACMV Systems for M&E specifications, installations, and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skill
• Working location - West (transport provided)

• Oversee all welding operations and lead a team of welders to ensure jobs comply to spec and meet quality standards.
• Regular check on welded products to ensure compliance with welding codes and designs.
• Provide guide to the welders on defining and rectifying the defects.
• Experience on various welding equipment and procedures.
• Well verse on various welding specifications like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW & SAW.
• At least 5 years experience in heavy fabrication environment.
• Welding position at least 6G.
• Working location - Tuas

• Site location assessment and site visits
• Ordering of spares and assist in ACMV equipment troubleshooting and repair works
• Keeping track record of servicing reports
• Assist Engineers in documentation submission to client and customers
• GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant admin experience
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)
• Able to work immediately or within short period of notice
• Working Location : West (Company transport provided)
