General Foreman Responsibilities:

*Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.

*Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.

*Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

*Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

*Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.

*Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.

*Working closely with architects and other professionals.

*Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.

*Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.

*Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.

*Construction General Foreman Requirements:

*At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related eld is required for this position.

*Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.

*Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and

*communication skills.

Job Description

To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.

To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirements

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
